Student Financial Services

The office of Student Financial Services is your one-stop shop for all questions related to student payments, student billings, debt and refunds. It also includes the Bursar's Office.  Student Financial Services is located at each of our campuses and centers.

FSCJ uses a queue management tool to more efficiently serve students in our Student Financial Services offices at Downtown, Kent, North and South campuses, as well as Deerwood Center. This system provides more flexibility and convenience for you to make your experience more enjoyable.

The system allows current and future students to join a queue for virtual or in-person assistance. Walk-ins are also welcome at any Student Financial Services office

Students can visit for assistance with:

  • Paying tuition or other student bills. All credit/debit card transactions charge a non-refundable service fee of 1.75% for payments. Payments made using a bank account are still free.
  • Requesting a refund
  • Understanding your student account including financial aid disbursements and third-party billing.
  • Submitting sponsored third-party payment paperwork (Letter of Intent) or other tuition assistance documents
  • Verifying book authorizations
  • Understanding student tax forms
  • Providing proof of waiver or exemption eligibility

Additional help is available online through myFSCJ. Some of our online resources include:

  • Paying your college tuition or college debts
  • Checking the status of your financial aid disbursement
  • Viewing your available book and other student loans
  • Requesting a student refund
  • Viewing your student tax forms
